You may be here with a question you can’t ask anyone else. So before you ask it, here is our promise: we never ask your name, we keep no accounts and nothing to leak, and whatever you tell us stays inside the chat — deletable by you, any time, in one tap.
The Short Version
We Can’t Leak What We Never Had.
Most privacy policies tell you what a company takes. Ours is mostly a list of what we refuse to. The safest data is data that never exists.
Nothing That Identifies You
If a question would put a name to your face, we don’t want the answer either.
- Your name. Use a nickname, an initial, or nothing at all — we answer the same way.
- Your Emirates ID, passport, or any document. Ever. No “verification” exists here.
- Where you live or work. We serve all seven Emirates without needing to know which one you’re in.
- Photos, screenshots of your ID, or your contacts. Don’t send them; we’ll never request them.
- Details beyond your question. You say as much or as little as you want. We work with that.
Only What You Type
The complete, unedited list of what exists on our side of the screen:
- The messages you send — the words, and only the words, you choose to type.
- Whatever name your app displays. Set it to anything you like in WhatsApp or Telegram first.
- Your number or @handle — the app needs it to deliver replies; we store no copy of it anywhere else.
That’s the entire list. No CRM, no spreadsheet, no email list, no analytics profile — nothing follows you out of the chat.
No sign-ups. No accounts. No newsletter. No ad cookies. There is nothing here to hack, nothing to sell, and nothing to hand over — because there is almost nothing here at all.
WhatsApp & Telegram
How Our Channels Protect You.
We don’t run our own messaging system — we meet you inside the apps you already trust, and we’re honest about exactly how private each one is.
Every message is end-to-end encrypted by default — scrambled on your phone and only readable on ours. Not WhatsApp itself, not your telecom provider, not anyone in between can read it.
- Turn on Disappearing Messages in the chat for auto-deletion after 24 hours, 7 days or 90 days.
- Rename yourself anything you like — we see only what your profile shows.
- Our recommendation for sensitive questions — this is the most private channel we offer.
Telegram
We’ll be straight with you: standard Telegram chats are encrypted between you and Telegram’s servers — not end-to-end. Fine for most questions; for the most sensitive ones, WhatsApp is the better door.
- You can message us by @handle only — no phone number is ever exchanged.
- Set a username with no real name, and hide your number in Telegram’s privacy settings.
- Delete any message for both sides, any time — no time limit, no questions asked.

A website can’t be zero-touch — your browser has to knock on the door to get the page. Here is every knock, honestly listed.
Cookies None for ads
We set no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The only cookies on this site are the technical kind WordPress needs to display pages correctly — they don’t follow you anywhere and we never read them for anything else.
Analytics None
No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heat-maps, no cross-site trackers. We don’t know which pages you read, and that’s deliberate. If we ever add privacy-friendly, anonymous statistics, this page will say so before they go live.
Hosting logs
Like every website on earth, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, time of visit — purely to keep the server secure and running. We don’t build profiles from them, combine them with anything, or share them.
External links
We link to official resources — u.ae, police portals, treatment centres — and to WhatsApp and Telegram. The moment you tap one, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We choose only links we’d trust with our own families.

UAE Law Is On Your Side Here.
The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, in force since 2 January 2022 — gives every resident a set of rights over their personal data. They apply to any organisation that holds data about you, including us.
Our honest position: we hold so little that most rights answer themselves. But they’re yours in full, and here’s each one in plain words. The law itself lives at u.ae.
The right to know
You can ask what data anyone holds about you and why. Our answer is one line: whatever is inside the chat you started.
The right to correct
You can demand inaccurate data be fixed. Nothing we hold outlives the conversation, so there’s nothing to correct — but the right is yours.
The right to be erased
You can require deletion of your personal data. Here, one message — the word “delete” — wipes the chat from our side.
The right to restrict or stop
You can tell any organisation to stop processing your data. With us there’s no processing to stop — no lists, no profiling, no marketing.
The right to withdraw consent
Any consent you give can be withdrawn at any time, easily. Deleting the chat is exactly that — instant and total.
The right to complain
If you believe any UAE organisation misused your data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office. We’d rather you never need to — with anyone.

Do I have to give you my real name?
Never. We don’t ask, and we’d rather you didn’t offer. Use a nickname, an initial, or nothing at all — your question gets the same care either way. If an account calling itself DouVibe ever asks for your name, ID, or documents, it is not us.
Can anyone read my WhatsApp chat with you?
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted: they’re scrambled on your phone and only readable on ours — not by WhatsApp itself, your telecom provider, or anyone in between. And remember: asking a question is not a crime. You’re talking to an education and harm-reduction project, and that conversation is yours.
Do you sell or share my data with anyone?
There is nothing to sell. No lists, no ad networks, no sponsors, no “trusted partners”. Beyond the chat itself we keep no record of you — and misusing residents’ personal data is itself punishable under UAE law. We simply never go near it.
Is Telegram as private as WhatsApp?
Honestly, no. Standard Telegram chats are encrypted between you and Telegram’s servers, but not end-to-end. It’s fine for most questions — and you can message us by @handle without sharing a number — but for the most sensitive conversations, WhatsApp is the channel we recommend.
How do I delete everything, completely?
Two taps. First, delete the chat on your own phone. Second, message us the word “delete” — we wipe our side and confirm, usually the same day. After that, the conversation exists nowhere.
Does this website track me around the internet?
No. There are no analytics, no ad cookies, and no cross-site trackers on douvibe.com. We don’t know which pages you read and we can’t follow you after you leave. The only technical logs are the standard security logs every web host keeps.
The safest question is the one you actually ask.
