Buying in the UAE is not a grey area — it’s a crime with your name on the transfer.
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021, even a first personal-use offence means prison or a fine of AED 20,000–100,000. Just paying — Article 64/1 — carries jail plus a fine from Dh50,000 and a two-year banking ban. A positive blood or urine test can be treated as use. CBD is illegal too, even at 0% THC.
Most “sellers” never had anything to sell you.

Why DouVibe Exists.
Everyone talks at people about drugs in the UAE — campaigns talk down, dealers lie up. Nobody simply tells the truth, in plain words, to the person holding the phone at midnight. So we do.
The Gap We Saw
On one side, official warnings that scare but don’t answer. On the other, dealer chats that promise “everything available, my friend” and deliver fraud, poison, or a police file. Between them: thousands of ordinary people with real questions and nowhere safe to ask.
The Choice We Made
This address could have been one more shop. Instead, we removed the products and put the truth in their place — every guide we publish is written to be the page we wish existed when the search began.

Every guide is built the same way: the official law text first (Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021 and its amendments), then police campaign announcements, court reporting, and public-health sources like NIDA. Every statistic we publish is linked to its source — check us. We’d rather you verify than believe.

Didn’t this website used to list products?
Yes — and we removed them ourselves. We learned what buying in the UAE really involves: Article 64/1 prosecutions for simply paying, advance-fee scams, frozen bank accounts. The truth turned out to be worth more than the margin, so the truth is what’s here now.
Will you judge me — or report me — if I message you?
